Hi, I’m Tracey.
Do you feel like you're taking care of everyone else in your life? Maybe it's time to work with someone who can hold space for you. Therapy is most effective when clients feel safe and seen. Because of this, I aim to create an accepting, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for you to be your whole self. I work with a range of clients who feel stuck, lost, unmotivated, depressed, or anxious, and I specialize in helping clients navigate major life changes, work through imposter syndrome, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and engage in self-exploration.
In order to best assist you to create positive change in your life, I will use a tailored approach to explore underlying patterns that may be causing you distress. I focus on your individual strengths as a person. As a holistic practitioner, I incorporate both the mind and body in session, and I may use a combination of strategies, depending on your specific needs and goals.
You deserve to have someone hold space for you. You deserve to feel better. Through our work together, we will explore new ways for you to heal and grow.
